Asking Alexandria is a British rock band formed in 2008 in York. The band's original lineup consisted of lead vocalist Danny Worsnop, guitarists Ben Bruce and Cameron Liddell, bassist Sam Bettley, and drummer James Cassells. The band's name was taken from a short film that guitarist Ben Bruce's then-15-year-old cousin made.
